Kotun kolin kasar Kenya ta soke sakamakon zaben shugaban kasar da aka gudanar a watan Agusta.
Kotun ta ce ta gano cewa an tafka kura-kurai, saboda haka ta ba da umarnin a sake sabon zabe cikin kwana 60 masu zuwa.
Babban alkali Justice David Maraga ya ce: "Mun ayyana wannan zaben shugaban kasar da aka gudanar ranar 8 ga watan Agostan 2017, a matsayin wanda ba a gudanar bisa kundin tsarin dokar kasa ba, wanda hakan ya sa muka soke shi baki daya."
Ya ci gaba da cewa: "Na biyu kuma, Mun ayyana cewa ba a zabi shugaba Uhuru Kenyatta a matsayin shugaban kasa ba."
"Na uku kuma, Muna umartar hukumar zaben kasar da ta sake gudanar da sabon zabe cikin kwanaki sittin, bisa tsarin dokar kasar," in ji alkalin.
Hukumar zaben kasar ta bayyana shugaban kasa mai ci Uhuru Kenyatta a matsayin wanda ya lashe zaben na watan Agusta.
Amma madugun gamayyar jam'iyyun adawa na National Super Alliance, NASA, Raila Odinga ya kalubalanci sakamakon, yana cewa an yi wa na'urar kyamfutar hukumar kutse domin a murde zaben.
Babban mai kalubalantar Mista Uhuru, Raila Odinga, ya ce: "Yau wata rana ce mai cike da tarihi ga mutanen Kenya har ma da mutanen nahiyar Afirka."
